🔄 Returns

You may return the product within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. The product must be in its original packaging with no signs of use. Refund to your card within 3 business days of us receiving the return.

Return process: 1) email info@fonai.ru with your order number and return reason; 2) pack the product in original packaging; 3) ship via CDEK or Russian Post; 4) after receipt and inspection — refund within 3 days.
